Please note that our return and exchange policy is the same. We support no reason to return and exchange services within 30 days.

If you don't like the items you buy in our store, we would be happy to return the items within 30 days of the original shipping date. Make sure you are not wearing or changing it. Returnable items must comply with the following standards:
1. Defective items.
2. The size/color of the item received is incorrect.
3. Unreceived, unworn and unused items did not meet your expectations within 30 days of receipt.

Our standard policy, replacement is free. We hope that you will come to our store again, whether it is looking for the right size, width, color or style, or a completely different product. Return is also very simple.

If you want to choose a return or exchange service. Please contact us using the following email format:
• order number
• SKU number or product name
• Reasons for return

We do not charge any return and exchange fees, including the shipping charges incurred by our shipment. If you choose a refund, we will refund 100% of the full amount.

Due to the return, the customer needs to mail the package himself. Therefore, the shipping cost returned must be borne by the customer.

1. All shipping costs are borne by the customer. This includes shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping cost. We recommend that you use the cheapest, trackable airmail method.

If you choose to return a refund, the item must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items should be unworn, including all original labels, and should include all packaging. Customers need to provide us with tracking details of their packages and we will track returns. So that we can process your return order more quickly.
